We will not contact you unless you contact us first.

We are pro active at keepin the website safe and free of viruses and to protect it from hackers; however, we are not responsible for any damages caused to your computer by downloading from Gotcuffs.com. It is your responsibilty to keep up to date virus software on your computer and use reasonable caution while using the internet.

Gotcuffs.com does not guarantee 100% uptime. At times we may be down for maintence or other issues. In general we are up 100% of the time.

Gotcuffs.com does not guarantee the speed of downloads. This will depend on you geographic location. Test you connection by downloading one of our sample clips first.

Gotcuffs.com uses login/data tracking for every account. This prevents password sharing and website abuse.

You must use a real email address when you sign up for the site. This email address will be used to send you a new password if you forget yours or if you get locked out. If you are caught sharing passwords more than twice your account will be deleted without a refund.

In general we do not give refunds. If you contact us right after joining and have not used the site much and are very unhappy with it...we may give a refund. However we are able to track how many times a user logins and how much content they have downloaded.

All financial and personal info is stored with our 3rd party bililng processor (Either ccbill.com or zombaio.com). You must read their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the information that you provide them.
